Phillitia is a PCC coach and works with MCC level three professionals to ensure the highest standards and experience for your coaching journey.

Emotional Wellbeing Coach Academy coaches stand out with specialized training in emotional health, offering a holistic approach. Their unique focus, methodologies, and ongoing professional development distinguish them, ensuring a comprehensive and tailored approach to clients’ emotional wellbeing, setting them apart from coaches with a more generalized skill set.

Our holistic approach is a hallmark of Emotional Wellbeing Coach Academy. Rather than isolating emotional wellbeing, our coaches recognize the interconnectedness of physical, mental, and emotional aspects. This holistic perspective enables a more comprehensive understanding of clients’ challenges and facilitates a whole hearted approach to coaching.

Our coaches will be equipped with the skills needed to help clients understand the difference between therapy and coaching. EWCA coaches do not diagnose. They prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment, avoid retraumatization, and know when to refer clients to specialized professionals if needed. EWCA coaches will learn to effectively and safely assist clients on their healing journey.

Emotional Wellbeing Coaches provide holistic support, fostering a safe space for clients. They facilitate positive experiences, enhance emotional awareness, and empower clients to envision and create their desired future. Through active listening, empathy, and targeted guidance, coaches help clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and develop effective coping strategies.

Coaches integrate mindfulness techniques, goal-setting, and personalized interventions to address individual needs. This collaborative and client-centered approach promotes emotional well-being, empowering individuals on their unique journeys towards personal & professional growth and fulfillment.

The rigorous training to become a Certified Emotional Wellbeing Coach may evoke challenging emotional experiences for some students. It’s important to clarify that this training is designed for coaching purposes and should not substitute personal therapy.

Emotional Wellbeing Coach Academy retains the discretion to reject an applicant or remove a participant from the program if their behavior, attitude, or perspectives detrimentally affect the training quality or fellow participants. EWCA facilitators and assistants evaluate participants’ suitability within the initial five training sessions. A full refund, minus an administration fee, will be provided upon request if a participant decides to leave during this period.

EWCA is structured to be completed in only 4 months. This includes all live and self-paced training, your 10 hours of mentorship and your performance assessment. This timeframe also respects ICF’s requirement that all mentorship programs last a minimum of 90 days.

Yes. EWCA’s Coach Training Program includes four, 2-day modules, five 90-minute evening sessions and self-paced online modules – all completed online over a four month period.

During these modules, you practice your skills in a supportive in-person or online environment, get immediate feedback, and build invaluable relationships with other students. Attendance to all virtual modules is required for graduation.
